ANGERIX FULL ACCESS — MEMBERSHIP TERMS

1. Overview
These terms apply to the purchase of Angerix Full Access. By completing your purchase, you agree to them. Angerix Full Access is operated by Raphael Dudler, Linth-Escher-Weg 3, CH-8856 Tuggen ("Angerix", "we", "us"). Contact: raphael@dudler.swiss

2. What you're buying
Angerix Full Access is a one-time purchase that unlocks the members-only content of Angerix — including all six anger-type profiles, their step-by-step plans, and all downloadable worksheets and trackers. It is a single payment. It is not a subscription: there are no recurring charges, no automatic renewals, and nothing to cancel.

3. Price and payment
The price is CHF 39, or the amount shown at checkout. [Any applicable VAT / MwSt is shown at checkout.] Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

4. Access
Access is granted to your personal account immediately after successful payment. It is personal and non-transferable, for your own individual use. "Lifetime access" means access for as long as we continue to operate Angerix Full Access; it does not oblige us to operate the service indefinitely (see section 9).

5. Digital content and right of withdrawal
Angerix Full Access is digital content supplied immediately. By purchasing and accessing it, you request immediate provision and — where a statutory right of withdrawal would otherwise apply (for example for consumers in the EU) — you acknowledge that this right is lost once access has begun.

6. Refunds
All sales are final once access has been granted, except where a refund is required by applicable law. — or — If you are not satisfied, contact us at contact@angerix.com within 7 days of purchase and we will offer a goodwill refund.

7. Your use of the content
The profiles, plans, worksheets, trackers and all other Angerix content are protected by copyright and remain our property or our licensors'. You may use and print them for your own personal use. You may not copy, share, resell, publish or distribute them, in whole or in part.

8. Not medical care
Angerix provides self-help and educational content only. It is not therapy, counselling, diagnosis or medical treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis, or you might harm yourself or someone else, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country.

9. Availability and changes
We may update, improve or change the content over time; every update to the members content is included in your access at no extra cost. In exceptional circumstances we may discontinue Angerix Full Access; if we discontinue it entirely within 3 months of your purchase, we will offer a pro-rated or goodwill refund at our discretion. Price changes never affect access you have already purchased.

10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Schwyz, Kanton Schwyz, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
